Tarique Rahman said these things in a virtual speech as the chief guest at the 31-point merit assessment test results and award distribution ceremony for school and college students in Pakundia, Kishoreganj. On Saturday afternoon, Khandaker Shamsul Alam Foundation organized the results of this merit assessment test and award distribution ceremony at the Pakundia Government Pilot High School grounds. Tarique Rahman said that everyone should be vocal against corruption. Students in primary schools will be taught to take care of themselves and show respect for their elders. In the future, priority will be given to the appointment of talented people as primary school teachers and the status and incentives of teachers will be increased. He also said that the leadership of the future lies hidden among the talented people. If a government is formed, groundbreaking reforms will be brought to the education system so that no talented person drops out.

Stating that technical education should be given more importance along with general education, Tarique Rahman said, technical education, Bangla, English as well as various foreign languages ​​and sports should be included in all educational institutions from the eighth grade. So that our children can acquire skills and join any profession even if they go abroad. Stating that a lot of money has been laundered in the last 15 years, he said, the other name of water is life. Therefore, the canals must be re-excavated and maximum use of water must be ensured. By re-implementing the canal excavation program that martyred President Ziaur Rahman took in 1979, the way to solve the water crisis and arsenic problem will be opened. Before the chief guest's speech, students directly asked BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman various questions from the venue. The Acting Chairman also answered these questions of the students. In this context, Tarique Rahman said, undoubtedly, this is an exceptional event today. I believe that the leadership to build the future of Bangladesh is hidden among these talented children of ours. The questions they have been asking me so far show that these are the millions of Farzana, Ifrat, Sathi, Sabina who will one day be scattered across Bangladesh. Addressing the students, he said, "There is one ultimate truth - there is no shortcut to success in life."

In this situation, I firmly believe that those who participated in the talent competition, ignoring the various temptations of social media, are all talented. I think that there are many talented people among those who did not participate in this competition for some reason. There is a hidden talent hidden in every person and our goal for the future will be to gradually bring out all such talents.

Out of these, the first prize was 25,000 taka, the second prize was 15,000 taka, the third prize was 10,000 taka and the fourth prize was 5,000 taka. The three schools that won the first, second and third prizes were given 100,000 taka each.
