Nahid further said.

Give us the gift of a new democratic Bangladesh. Make constitutional reforms. Make economic reforms in the country. Lead the country unitedly by forming a national government." They turned down that proposal. Because they turned it down, we had to enter the government. Later, we had to form a political party.

He further said, "What we still think is the most important thing is that the new Bangladesh we are talking about is actually possible to create, to unite in that place. If any political party or government comes forward, we will support them. We will be with them. 

But even if there is no one, we will continue our fight alone.
The NCP has condemned the police attack on the July injured and demanded justice for them. 

At the same time, Nahid Islam has condemned the BNP leader for calling the July injured Awami League's allies and has also called for their withdrawal.

He said, "A while ago, we saw BNP standing committee member Salahuddin Saheb, who called the July fighters who were injured in yesterday's incident as followers of the fascist Awami League. We strongly condemn and protest against this.

Akhtar said that the NCP will continue
discussions with the Consensus Commission. At the same time, the program will continue with the people on its side.

The leaders of the party's central committee were present at the press conference. The NCP organized this conference to express its views on not attending the July Charter signing ceremony.

The NCP convener said, "Our fight is not only against Sheikh Hasina and the Awami League. Our fight is against a fascist system.
